Australian sandstone is an eco-friendly stone, and its products are characterized by no pollution, no radiation, no reflection, no weathering, no discoloration, heat absorption, heat preservation, and non-slip.
Sandstone aluminium honeycomb panel is a structure sandwiched with aluminium honeycomb panel and very thin basalt stone veneer. Its advantages includes light weight, limited radiation pollution, stone material saving, broader size and so on. The mainly application fields are ceiling, curtain wall, indoor wall panel, floors etc, which are being more and more widely used on the decoration and renovation of the industries of construction, vehicles, ships, etc.
Sandstone aluminium honeycomb panel shows better price and performance against any other stones if putting the surface color appearance aside as it is a widely distributed stone mine all over the world. Normally, the four edge sides are exposed during manufacturing to save the production time and material cost. When the installation is finished, there will be sealing glue to be used to cover the gap between the basalt stone honeycomb panels so that the exposed edges are also sealed. Normally, the basalt stone will be sliced into 3 mm thickness to combined with the aluminum honeycomb panel backing as the basalt stone itself shows very good mechanical performance.

General Description

Ultra-thin stone honeycomb composite panel is simply bonded with an about 3mm ~ 5mm thick stone sheet and an aluminum honeycomb substrate with a special purpose adhesive.
